Welcome MY FRIEND to the grandeur of an art laden, 30 acre, newly built in 2018 estate whose three level Antebellum styling has elegant modern luxury surprising to a plantation environment.
All overnight guests have access to the wrap around porch, HDTV, hot tub, WiFi, communal dining facilities, general living area and game room. Only service pets are allowed and require advance notice. Our facility is not child friendly. All our overnight guests will be treated to a fine cuisine full breakfast. Appetizers, snacks and/or beverages are generally available on arrival and most evenings/afternoons. A guest use full kitchen is provided. Delight in a soothing soak in our 5-person hot tub. Hike to picnic areas near our recently stocked 2-acre pond.

Montez les grands escaliers extérieurs ou prenez l’ascenseur intérieur pour accéder aux salons et salles à manger où des parois en verre haut de deux étages donnent sur une vue spectaculaire des fairways. Une vérandah de plus de 92m2 entoure la maison, se prêtant aux conversations agréables sur les meubles et pièces uniques. Toutes les galeries sont munies de volets mécaniques pour assurer le confort.
Tous les hôtes ont accès à la vérandah, à la HDTV, au jacuzzi, à la salle à manger et la salle de séjour, ainsi qu’à la salle de jeux. Vous êtes sûr de bien vous reposez dans chacune de nos chambres, meublée d’un lit king ou d’un lit queen avec matelas sleep number. Chaque chambre a son petit coin salon et sa salle de bains privée.
De l’eau purifiée coule dans les douches à pommeau multi-jets, dans les toilettes/bidets réchauffés et dans les lavabos design. L’intégration du système de contrôle géothermique du climat et de l’alimentation de secours assure votre confort dans toutes les conditions climatiques.
Une expérience dînatoire détendue sur un balcon de 18m2 vous est réservée dans les chambres Lily, Hibiscus et Rose of Sharon, dont chacune est équipée de son propre contrôle du climat. Ces chambres sont aussi munies de baignoires à l’ancienne équipées de douches ; deux d’entres elles sont embellies de murs en bloc de verre. Une des chambres est accessible aux handicapés.
Les fumeurs sont priés de rester dans les zones réservées à cet effet à l’extérieur. Notre maison d’hôtes propose un accueil pour les adultes seulement. Concernant les animaux, seuls les animaux de service sont les bienvenus.
Passez la nuit avec nous et savourez un petit-déjeuner gastronomique incluant des jus fraîchement pressés. Hors d’œuvres, collations et/ou boissons sont généralement mis à disposition dès votre arrivée, pendant l’après-midi et la soirée.

Enjoy access to all 3 stories by stairs or elevator.
* Top Floor: Glass wall dormers with over the top tree views. Game room with multiple TV's, pool, air hockey, foosball, card tables, chess, board games, lounge chairs, & more.
* Ground Floor: Private outdoor access Hydrangea guest room & resident concierges quarters with the facility/event support area.
* Middle floor: Our 3 largest guest rooms with private balconies, each with dining areas and gliders. The common area wrap-around porch has swings, multiple covered dining area with long fairway views. Inside find access to tableware and condiments, conversation circles with comfortable furnishings, an extra ADA powder room and a full kitchen.
* Atmosphere: Our large glass wall areas and sound proofing insure quiet. The common area wall mounts control controls, ceiling fans and lighting dimmers for the numerous artworks.
* Green/safety: LED lighting, EXIT signs, lightning arrestors & electric panel surge protectors, full facility back-up power, Mansion has high efficiency geothermal HVAC that integrates with heating the water.
* Security: Monitored/recorded cameras and alarms, lighted parking with reserved slots, in Mansion CO/fire alarms with fire suppression, gated grounds and common area guest emergency call boxes and telephones.

ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING

When you use this RV slot as an Electric Vehicle (EV) charging location, this slot is treated as a charging spot where you are to park your car (ie only sales tax fees apply and no room tax fees are charged). When rented as an EV only spot, no additional people will be allowed to stay in the vehicle parked at the RV location. If people are staying overnight in the vehicle in the RV slot, it is to be reserved as an RV glamping slot for the higher rental fees that will also then include room taxes. Note, any individuals beyond 2 per room in the main house will be charged additional people in room charges.

* A dump station sewer hook-up is provided for each glamping site at no additional charge.

RV slots can be used as an electric vehicle charging locations. The RV site must not be being used as a glamping site to be eligible to be rented as an electric vehicle charging site.
